Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Node.js Developer with a strong background in building APIs and any database to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or IT, at least 2 years of experience in Node.js development, and a passion for fintech. AWS knowledge is highly desirable, and expertise in the payment domain is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Node.js.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to gather API requirements, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

• Deepen domain knowledge in the payment industry to better understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the fintech space.

• Coordinate closely with team members to handle the development process effectively, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

• Ensure API security, performance, and scalability, following best practices in the industry.• Troubleshoot and resolve API issues on time, maintaining the reliability of services.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate future enhancements and maintenance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve development practices and solutions.

• These additional responsibilities emphasize the importance of collaboration, effective communication, and domain expertise in delivering successful API solutions for the fintech company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information Technology.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Node.js development, with a focus on API development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway) is a plus.

• Familiarity with the payment domain and fintech industry is advantageous
